Julius Mwanga is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in business development, civil society, and humanitarian projects. With a strong academic background, including an MBA in Human Resources and a BA in Social Work and Social Administration, Julius has successfully led several initiatives in Uganda, Zambia, and Tanzania. As the CEO of TradersFunding Group Co. Limited, Julius is responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision and ensuring sustainable growth. His expertise in managing NGOs, supporting the private sector, and overseeing community development projects makes him a pivotal force behind the company’s success in Africa and beyond.
Amanyire Tadeo is an experienced professional with a solid background in business management and operations. With expertise in marketing, auditing, and financial services, Amanyire has held key roles across industries, including as a Senior Loans Supervisor at Hofokam Bank Uganda and as a Marketing Manager in various sectors. As the Business Operations Manager for TradersFunding Group, he oversees the company’s operational efficiency and ensures that all processes align with the strategic goals of the organization. Amanyire's diverse skill set in business operations and client relations plays a critical role in the company’s success and continued growth in global markets.

John has managed large-scale security teams internationally, including overseeing a 150+ person guard force in high-risk environments. His global expertise spans Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and North America, enabling him to adapt to diverse and challenging situations.
As a weapons instructor and martial arts expert with advanced training in Close Quarters Combat (CQC) and Close Quarters Battle (CQB), John brings unmatched tactical proficiency to his work. His extensive background includes executive protection, private security details, and investigative services for high-profile clients and organizations.
